EraRip has formed a strategic partnership with Adobe and is now an officially authorized Adobe partner. EraRip V1.23 supports the standard PDF explanation engine, allowing for complete interpretation of PDF files. Any PDF file can display full graphic elements and text, ensuring accurate color reproduction, preventing data loss, and guaranteeing output consistency.

New grid point algorithm

The innovative grid point algorithm adjusts the distribution ratio of large, medium, and small dots, optimizes the intervals for small, medium, and light ink dots, improves dot sequencing, and enhances image detail. This results in smoother gradients and transitions, delivering photo-like quality for every print.

High-speed multi-core RIP computing

Optimized for Windows multicore printing technology, EraRip meets the demands of multiple printhead combinations, high-resolution images, multi-precision printing modes, and large data jobs. EraRip V1.23 supports post-RIP job preview with high zoom, allowing users to inspect output dot patterns in detail.

Customized channels, spot color printing solutions

Supports customized multi-channel ink output modes: white ink + CMYK/CMYKcm + varnish or white and color together; spot-color ink output can be assigned to any channel. Compatible with various industries and materials, EraRip is widely used for personalized and industrial production.

Opening of system permissions

The EraRip color management system grants users expanded rights to add and modify print accuracy within the supported range of the printer, significantly improving work efficiency. The system can be tailored with fixed ink options, 4, 6, 8, 12 colors, and spot color assignments such as OR, GR, W. Its flexible and user-friendly operation ensures a superior experience.

Standard ICC loading

The EraRip color management system automatically generates MCM color characteristic curve (ICC) files using a closed-loop color correction method, calculating ink drop size combinations and RIP dot arrangements to ensure precise color calibration. The system supports loading and generating standard ICC files, compatible with most ICC data files from other color management software, enhancing color accuracy and meeting international standards.

Digital Printing Solutions

EraRip V2.17.4 enables seamless continuous copying and diverse transformations of single images. The Montage Continuous Sun function fully meets the needs of the printing and dyeing industry. A single PRN print job can be repeated, requiring only one job to be generated for continuous, seamless printing of extra-long rolls, saving disk space and boosting productivity.
